Terms & Conditions
01. Allow SL Courier representative to check the product – Before Seal
02. Ensure proper packed and seal the product - Waybill attached
03. Delivery Note filled clearly with Proper Customer details – 2 working contact number must
04 Ensure confirm the order per to delivery - By the Merchant
05. No charges for below 5kg - Add extra Rs 50.00 per kg
06. Damaged during delivery will be responsible under circumstances.
07. Customer returns 50% delivery charged - From Merchant
08. No answer customer returns 30% charged – From Merchant (3 attempt or one day)
09. Order undertaken before 11.00 am for same day delivery
10. Order after 2.00pm will deliver on the following day - Special requests will consider under circumstances.

Payment Terms
01. COD payments will be deposit the following day or same day if requested.
02. Credit Delivery payments should be deposit on weekly - Monday or Wednesday
Check the Products before Delivery
Our Courier team will check the product before delivery (any kind of drug is not allowed). Merchant checked the waybill is attached.
Merchant Returns
Ensure Merchant confirms the order with the customer & provide the correct details. Customer returns item Marchant should bear the delivery cost 50% of the total delivery fee.
Order Taken
orders will be taken before 11.00 am daily ( free pickup) Special request will consider under circumstances. All orders will deliver within 24 hours. Orders after 1.00 pm deliver next day.
Cash Deposit
COD payments will be deposit following day , same day if requested.
